Te Hā Noa Victoria Street linear park and Wellesley Street Bus Improvements

News story
Thursday 7 Oct 2021

Auckland Council and Auckland Transport are finalising plans to ensure the station’s entrances on Victoria Street and Wellesley Street are welcoming and accessible for the thousands of passengers that will use them every day. This is the first stage of Te Hā Noa Victoria Street linear park and Wellesley Street Bus Improvements projects.

Public engagement on the design and integration of the public space surrounding the station is running from now until 9 November 2021.

You can find out more about the project, including plans and diagrams, and provide your feedback on the plans here.

If you’d like an overview of both projects, there is a video you can watch here.

One-on-One briefings available

The project team are happy to arrange one-on-one briefings. Under COVID-19 Alert Level 3 restrictions this would need to be via MS Teams, Zoom, or phone call at a time that suits you. Once level 2 is in place they are happy to meet face-to-face.

These meetings will also help them to understand your concerns and discuss how they can work with you as part of the construction planning.

Please email  ATengagement@at.govt.nz to arrange a meeting.
