Lorne Street upgrade
The draft design for the second stage of the Lorne Street upgrade is out for public consultation until 8 February. It will cover the area outside the City Central Library, Senior College and Rutland Street, and follows on from the 2007 stage-one Lorne Street upgrade.
The upgrade will include the "shared space" concept, high-quality paving, modern street furniture, vegetation, lighting and artwork.
