New development proposed for Jellicoe Street
Sea + City Projects Ltd has lodged a resource consent for 1 - 47 Jellicoe Street, central city.
The proposal is to construct two single-storey buildings and to refurbish an existing building to accommodate food and beverage facilities, together with retail, entertainment and gathering facilities.
