City Centre Spending up in the December Quarter

Heart of the City commissions a quarterly CBD Consumer Retail Expenditure Report to track trends and assist you with monitoring the performance of your business in the city centre. The report produced by Marketview Limited, is based on spending in the HOTC marketplace. The report is calculated based on a BNZ and paymark dataset. 

Our latest report shows that spending at Heart of the City businesses was up 5.7% compared to the same quarter last year and up over a 2.8% increase at our competitors over the same period.
