HB Central – 228 Queen Street
Part of Morton Property Group’s portfolio, HB Central is being fully refurbished into a 5 Green star rating building, with Warren and Mahoney leading the design process.

Originally the home of Hallenstein Brothers fashion, the building will be a modern mixed-use building that is seismically strengthened with newly-designed office and circulation spaces while preserving the character of the building

It merges two of Auckland’s oldest buildings to create 900 sqm of retail space that fronts Queen Street, which has been leased to Nike, along with 2,000 sqm of offices and Paname Social fronting Lorne Street.
