Raddison Red (opening 2025)
280 Queen Street - the hotel will be across 11 storeys and feature 322 rooms and a rooftop restaurant and bar. 

Hotel Indigo (fully opening 2025)
51 Albert St – a 225-room luxury hotel and apartment development over 41 stories. The development plans to incorporate the historic facades of Macdonald Halligan Motors Company on Albert Street and St Patrick’s Square. View website.

92 Albert Street - 231 rooms, on-site restaurant, gym and 400 square metres of meeting space.
