St James Apartment Tower

A 43-level, $400m+ apartment complex has received building consent - the St James Apartment Tower. This would bring approximately 400 new homes for Aucklanders, including 400 bike parks and 200 car parks along with significant Queen Street retail development, and bring a significant benefit to this part of the city centre.
