NZRA is supporting Monash University in running "The War for Talent" seminar. The ACRS’ RTL project is an annual research project that aims to provide insights into key issues impacting the Australian and New Zealand retail industry and is now in its third year. The War for Talent shares insights into which factors influence employee satisfaction, organizational commitment and what subsequently leads individuals to retail as a career.
