ANZ Centre Wins Property Supreme Award

Precinct Properties' ANZ Centre, the 32-storey landmark on Albert Street in Auckland, has recently claimed top honours at the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards 2013.

The $76 million project is New Zealand’s biggest building makeover, reestablishing one of Auckland CBD’s most prominent office towers. The redevelopment was judged the most successful and the most challenging job of the year, beating 78 other finalists to be awarded the Rider Levett Bucknall Supreme Award 2013.

The Property Council Industry Awards, New Zealand's most prestigious property industry awards, have been running for more than 15 years, and celebrate excellence in commercial property development. The awards attract submissions from the country's top commercial property developments.
