Queen Street's new look receives positive media coverage

The $43 million dollar upgrade of Queen Street and the surrounding lanes is complete, and the CBD is once again begining to sparkle.
Coinciding with the completion of the street works and the removal of the last orange cones, there has been a significant amount of positive media coverage this week.
1. TV One news ran a story on Wednesday 23rd April, concurrently with details of the new Gucci store opening on Queen Street.
2. The New Zealand Herald ran a two day feature on April 22 and 23rd.
3. Alex Swney, Chief Executive of Heart of the City, had a half page story published on Tuesday April 22, 'Queen St Revamp Sign of City Growing Up'.
